Friction-Excited Oscillation of Air Conditioner Rotary Compressors: Measurements and Numerical Simulations

چکیده
The oscillation of a rotary compressor was measured and analyzed in the frequency time domains. harmonic wavelet transform used to dissolve signal into series single-frequency components. A power spectrum analysis components shows that there are many vibration whose frequencies one, double, triple, quadruple, even tens times rotating frequency. An envelope some originate from friction-excited compressor. full-size mode-coupling model established forecast using transient dynamics method complex eigenvalue method. measurement results consistent with predictive results. sensitivity main parameters coefficient friction has major impact on development tendency compressors.
